This is our second bike, we got the first bike a little while ago, and it has been great! The battery seems to last forever, and it has all the features that you need for riding on street or on rough terrain. We have some other bikes but they pale in comparison; this has the bigger tires, front AND back shocks, it is comfortable to ride and makes hills disappear. It is built like a brick house, solid and well constructed but not so heavy at the end of the day; the display is bright and easy to use.

All I can say is that I loved it so much, I had to get another. With all the choices out there, it is good to have a solid product at a fair price, a good company and good support behind it, fast delivery, good price and value for the money.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Better get one before they are all sold out!

5/10 update: I installed it, all I can say is OMG!! This thing is a rocket on throttle, steady 30mph and I weight 220lbs. Most definitely changed this from a monster into an absolute BEAST.
This was a breeze to assemble and had it put together in 30mins. Charging is super quick compared to other e-bikes. The color display is magnificent in all ambient light conditions and easy to change PAS levels on the fly. The full suspension works well but does take a little getting used to with the 4” wide tires, I can honestly say this is the best e-bike I’ve ridden, plenty of power from the 1000W motor, Customer support is top notch. I’m surprised how far I can go on a full charge.I live near New Smyrna beach in Florida so I see all types of e-bikes riding the beaches here, this one gets so many compliments! Definitely the best purchase I’ve experienced. Get one and enjoy the ride!

We received our Viper today. We assembled it (not hard at all) They even provided it with high quality tools to needed for the assembly. We did our first rides on it today for a total of 3.6 miles. It is very quick and has no problem with the hill on our street. I normally cannot ride my mountain bike up that hill without stopping and pushing. OK, I am old (69yrs). It pulls my 175lbs up the hill without any difficulty and even accelerates to 20mph while going up the hill.
I am impressed!!! and very pleasantly surprised!!

We were looking for bikes to use when we go camping plus to use around the house. Our thought was it's way cheaper than a golf cart and you can use a bike anywhere you go where as a golf cart is not always allowed. I was looking for a bike that my wife could ride since she's 5'2". Saw this bike and after reading the reviews I thought that I would give it a try. The price was in our wheel house as first time ebike owners. The bike came well packaged and about 90% complete. Took minimal effort to put together. Watched a youtube video on how to install, but the manual was very clear. Battery was fully charged out of the box as well. Watched a video on control settings and made sure the bike was set at the optimum level. First impression and things we like: The grips on the handle bars are far better than my ebike, seat is really nice and the wife is happy with it, rear rack has a nice wood platform, great LCD display. Our maiden trip was a 20 mile bike ride that was both flat/hilly terrain. At the end of the ride, still had 1/2 battery life and no cons with the bike. Since the battery has no memory, battery recharged in about 3.5 hours. We're very happy with this purchase and look forward to future rides. Of course there are more expensive bikes out there, but this bike is does what we need it to do at a great price.

I use my bike for every day commute to work. I'm very happy with the bike. I’ve put 100 miles on it with no problems. It gets up to speed relatively fast and is versatile with off roading and street riding. Once you get knowledge of the control module it’s pretty convenient.The braking system seems like it could be smoother but it still works how it should. It would be neat to be able to have more modifications and accessories, Not sure why people pay thousands for a ebike this one does everything I would want it to at a great price.

I am looking for an e-bike for around $1000. I made a list of about 6 e-bikes that met my requirements. In the end, I decided on the SENADA and I am very happy with it! I rode it for about 60 miles. It is well made and sturdy. It arrived 90% pre-assembled. The rest of the assembly took about half an hour.
The battery capacity is amazing, I rode it for two or three days and still had two cells left. It's very fast! My top speed on flat roads is about 30 mph. For reference, I weigh about 185 lbs. It has enough torque to propel you up hills and through tough terrain. The wheels are very large. The suspension is adjustable. acceleration is grippy and responsive.

My husband and I love to ride bikes and we currently own different types of e-bikes/scooters. My husband got me this electric bike for my birthday and I have to say it's the best one I've riden. The color, body style and smooth ride made me fall in love with the bike.
and has the best quality of workmanship of all the e-bikes we own. The e-bike is very easy to ride and use, and long distance rides are a breeze.
Do not buy any other brand. My husband has an Eahora and is not as quality as mine.

My first online purchase of such a high-ticket product, I spent over a month researching ebikes and started to get anxious about what to buy. Fear of buying online versus buying in a brick and mortar shop. Generic brands vs. name brands. Customer support, etc. I ended up choosing SENADA.
First of all, the customer service was outstanding. Since it was my first time buying an e-bike online, I had a lot of questions and PUCKIPUPPY's customer service responded to my emails within 24 hours, answering all of my pre- and post-purchase questions. Their answers were very detailed and professional.
Once assembled, I rode each bike around the neighbourhood for 5 miles to make sure everything was tight and in good working order before I started the actual testing. The bikes performed flawlessly on both streets, shared trails and short dirt roads. On some very hilly areas, I accelerated with the thumb throttle and it handled that with ease as well. All in all, very pleasant shopping experience!

I love everything about this bike! I am very impressed with the quality and build. I have ridden a few of my friends e-bikes and decided to get my own. I paid half what my friends did for 3 times the bike. The suspension is top notch. You can't get a more comfortable seat. Customer service went above and beyond expectations.
